Welcome to my website. It is my hope that this website is useful to you whether you are an existing client, a passerby, a mental health professional, or looking for qualified professional assistance. I’ve packed in lots of information to the site including the way I describe things, which I call Norma-isms, because the text books don’t describe it this way.

My training methods are in: Music Therapy, The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, Behavior Conditioning, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Techniques have added dimension and creative approaches to the traditional methods of therapy delivery.

Office visits are by appointment.

~ Insurance and private pay accepted, however new clients are not being accepted at this time.

~ Norma is in network with Aetna, United Behavioral Health, Optum, Cigna, United Health Care,  Blue Cross Blue Shield (New Directions), Multiplan (please check with your account to be sure I’m inlcuded)  and some Employee Assistance Programs including Resources for Living. Optum has added Prestige

~ Telehealth services are available but please check with your insurance. 

~No surprises! Per government action we are supposed to tell you what the costs are so that you are not surprised with weighty billing. Please review the fee agreement form for the drop list of fees. There is no rational way to predict the duration or frequency of the therapy you want/need. Please be assured, if insurance is being used, any overpayment will either be credited to your account or refunded. Some fees are negotiated due to individual circumstances and that will be referenced on the fee agreement that you sign. Always ask if you have any questions.
