EFT and Hypnosis for Weight Loss! will be offered on my available Wednesdays in two sessions.
This is an adjunct to any weight loss plan but it is not a guarantee of weight loss. The focus will be on changing limiting beliefs, releasing pain which may have sustained the weight, improving thoughts to support weight loss and strengthening positive lifestyle habits.
These will be group sessions with a limit of 6 people for each group. Call the office or send a message to sign up. There will be a release form to sign. Each session cost will be $35 per person. The one hour group sessions will be held at 11:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on my available Wednesdays. The first session begins in January and the second session will begin in April. These sessions will be evaluated to determine future sessions.
